Trouble redeeming King Club miles
I've been a passive observer on FlyerTalk forums for quite a while now, and would read up the forums. Having run into the proverbial "brick wall" I decided to register on FlyerTalk and seek possible solutions from the more learned people in here.
I've been a King Club Gold Tier member for over 5 years now and have accumulated ~100k miles on them.
I recently decided to take a vacation in Barcelona and decided to encash on my king miles to get this ticket on KLM, and that's when disaster struck all over.
Its been 4 weeks and the kingfisher folks have thrown me all over the place and have not been able to issue a ticket yet, which has put my vacation in jeopardy as there is no time for a visa left. (I would imagine 4 weeks is sufficient time to issue a ticket).
I have kept a record of everyone that I've spoken to and the commitment made by them (to either call back, or arrange a resolution within 72hrs).
I have written to their feedback email ID that they have, but its of no avail, I've tried reaching them on twitter (4 days ago they said they'll get back to me at the earliest, which is yet to happen).
Can anyone help me with (1) what are my options at this point in time? (2) what are the escalation choices in Kingfisher since everything seems to come to an end at the call center, which is inefficient.
Any help would be more than appreciated.
