Gas/airlines/hotels, up to $1500 spending.

Your mix is good. For supermarkets, I'm using a United card for 2 miles/$ (easily worth 2.5%)... not a lot of good options - doesn't usually make sense to take out a card for only one category of spending. Also Discover tends to run a one-month 5% special at supermarkets once or twice a year.
