At matrix.itasoftware.com you can search for multiple departure cities and arrival cities. You may also restrict the search to only a single carrier.

Click on 2Advanced search options", enter the departing airports like this AMS,DUS in "Departing from". Same for arrival cities, enter all/any airport you'd consider going to in "Destination", like BER,LON,MUC,CPH. To limit to one carrier, enter LH (or LX or any other carrier applicable for the promotion) in outbound and inbound routing codes.

ITASoftware is a powerful tool and should be able to come up with the cheapest segments to complete the two required sectors.
