The general idea is to do a month in the US with a few days on the beach in Miami (or Gulf Coast), two weeks in the madness that is orlando, a few nights in New York followed by a week in the Caribbian.

The plan was to fly back via Miami (ideally) to avoid an open jaw situation. I was going to use AA for the internals as the TP runs sound attractive in First. And cost effective if you can get the right deals.

Another question. If you book a ticket 1 year in advance, how far in advance of that date can you book the return, or do you have to wait for one year after the return date?
