2 experiences with this since it opened. first time it was amazing. Totally easy, no lines, so quick, a welcome relief! The second time, the 'premium' line was longer than the normal one and ridiculously slow. they were letting people up who weren't EXP or traveling in first/business b/c I saw the family in front of me that were just plat traveling in coach.
