After a year of renting every week, and mulling around the decision for about six months, I've decided to join the Platinum program. Today, I filled out the paperwork and faxed it in.

Anyone have any ideas of how long it will take to process? I didn't find that anywhere in the literature. Also, how will they contact me? What will change with bookings?

I'll try to keep this thread updated with my experiences... I'm really excited.
