Wink Capital One World Aspire card

The Aspire card sounds like a really good deal:
- Pay $120 annual fee.
- Get 35,000 bonus miles on first purchase.
- Can redeem 35,000 bonus miles on any purchase up to $350.

- The next reward tier above 35,000 is 60,000.
- Thus, you'd need to spend $12,500 on the card (2 miles / $1) to get any value out of putting any spending on the card.

Couldn't I just start a Capital One World Aspire card, charge a hotel stay up to $349, get reimbursed the full $349, and cancel the card later? Has anyone done this? Thanks!
