"How about just providing a helpful answer? Seems like the jerk-factor on the WN posts is low compared to what I see looking at posts about other airlines. Some seem populated by readers who can't WAIT to sink their teeth into someone who isn't as experienced or polished at navigating the postings. I hope we can all play nice in the sandbox here.
