You would clear immigration at BKK but there is a special immigration checkpoint for flights to HKT that leads you to the domestic concourse directly, so you don't have to fool around with the main BKK immigration queues. I don't see a problem with this on a 1.5 hour layover. If you need a boarding pass for the BKK-HKT flight, you can get one at TG's airside transfer desk as you walk towards the domestic concourse. Customs clearance would be in HKT, as long as you have your bags tagged to HKT (should be doable at origin, even if on a separate ticket).

I also don't see a problem with the SIN-BKK/BKK on LX transfer--all airside, with only a brief security checkpoint (WTMD, carry-on xray) that goes pretty quickly.
