I'm just back from the IC Warsaw. Booked the cheapest room (35 Euro 2-4-1 rate) and staff was asking 60 Euro per day for lounge access. So that number seems to be consistent over the years.
As 'first stay' Ambassador the welcome letter contained an invitation to the lounge for a cocktail which somehow turned into free access. The lounge is OK but the chatting staff disappeared into the kitchen probably 95% of the time.
