Why does T Mobile think that providing horrid service is effective advertising? Has ANYONE ever thought "wow based on the great SkyClub product maybe I should give T Mobile a try?" (Or are you more like me and think "if that's what you give to recruit me your day to day service must be REALLY bad" )

Why does Delta continue to use such a subpar provider?

Why won't ATL just break down and give us free wifi?

I know no one has the responses! It's just my vent of the week!
I have been facing the same frustration at DTW today with my iPad. Cmon, Tmobile. This shouldn't be tough.
