I don't think there's really a point in getting the opinion of any random rad tech, radiologist, pulmonologist, dermatologist, bartender, janitor, etc, because none of them actually know the radiation doses involved with these machines, exposure levels, quality control for the machines, how they are monitored, or anything else about them. If someone actually had data from the TSA regarding the machines and the radiation dose, then maybe their opinion would be worth something. Otherwise, I think people should stop posting irrelevant opinions of some rad tech they know or whatever, which without any evidence to back them up just amount to fear mongering.
