Kind of an odd situation...

Cape Air does have the flight on those dates yes. But I don't think Continental can guarantee me a spot on the small planes since I'm using reward miles? They claimed it got booked wrong the first time and it's looking like I'm gonna have to pay cash to book these Cape Air flights to/from puerto rico and anguilla out of pocket.


Gonna call in and complain more, but the customer service on the phone at continental is a pain. Anywhere else I can get this done besides the phone?
