KLM in Europe - you get a mediocre sandwich and choice of drink. Air France? A semi-stale croissant and drink. Delta? At least a pack of *delicious* Biscoff cookies and drink. To me, there isn't a huge difference. Air travel has diminished into a flying bus everywhere - not just in the US - ever flown Ryanair?!
