Despite three requests to cancel after waiting in excess of 12 weeks the magazine arrived. I ordered directly via The Economist after waiting in excess of 12 weeks. And to my surprise the magazine arrived in duplicate last week. A call to The Economist customer service confirmed the SkyMiles Subscription was in fact cancelled and no further duplicates would be received. So no magazine in a reasonable time and no miles! Stay clear of SkyMiles Subscriptions. The Economist on the other hand is excellent reading on a long flight.
