Doesn't surprise me.
I strongly feel that if they just gave out some free cookies or nuts, or even God forbid a sandwich as in Europe, and customers would be a LOT happier

In a study from data of multiple surveys from the American Customer Satisfaction Index, 4 US airlines made the top 19 list of most hated companies in America.
AA comes in at #8, UA at #7, US at #6 and DL takes the win at #2.
They state Delta (comes as no surprise) has plunged since 2008 and the NW/DL merger and dropped another 6 points this last year. I'm honestly surprised by this stat. Thoughts? Surprised to not see some other airlines up there? or like me, surprised to see so many?
