I'm at a starwood hotel in Hawaii and a couple nights ago we found 3 cockroaches crawling around at different locations in the room/suite. Now this terrified my mother and the whole evening became a wash. Personally it doesn't bother me but it is kind of disturbing to find roaches in a nice hotel. And another one was found again the next morning.

What do people think is fair compensation for something like that? I do realize it's Hawaii and subtropical of course.
