Not sure if anyone else was on this flight last ngiht but what a fiasco. First off the weather up and down the east coast backed flights up for hours and we didn't get off the ground until 11:30 PM or so.. Flight went off without a hitch until we landed around 12:50 or so.

The pilot inexplicably just pulls off to the side after we landed, nowhere near the Delta gates. He comes on the PA and tells us that they are "moving some planes around" and we will have our gate in 7-8 minutes. Nevermind that we were clearly the LAST plane to land at BWI in the wee hours and the crew should have been expecting us.

So this "7-8 minutes" soon turned into 15...then 20...then 30.. then 45.. then we pull to the gate and only 2 guys come out with light sticks instead of 3.. and after a bunch of updates from a VERY angry pilot, we pull into the gate after nearly an hour of sitting on the ground in the middle of the night.

The pilot was stewing and when the girl opened the ramp door he angrily told her that he wanted to see that ramp supervisor IMMEDIATELY, FACE TO FACE. I should have stuck around for the reaming, but it was 2 AM by then and I was beat.

What a mess. And yes, I did fire off a complaint. Not sure if it will warrant any refunds or Skymiles, but we'll see.
