Not sure how Phuket is considered "complex". In essence, it's a simple tag-on flight to a BKK booking. That would be like saying a booking to YYZ is relatively simple but a booking to YUL is complex.

I dont mind paying for services that I need. Just not a fan of forking over cash for someone less capable and less interested to perform a service for me due to simple technical limitations
