No worries. I wasn't aware of the brand name either, I just took a swing at it, and the "lmgtfy.com" is the best way to show how I searched. It is a strange name for a hotel indeed!

Be sure, at your height and a nominal 32" seat pitch, to check the seat charts scrupulously (I believe your flight is operated by an A340-600, but I haven't looked it up):

A340-600 SeatMaestro, A340-300 SeatMaestro - these have some very useful flyers' annotations;

A340-600 SeatGuru, A340-300 SeatGuru;

SeatExpert does not carry Iberia's seat charts.

SeatPlans says "Economy on the A340-600 is mostly configured 2-4-2, but note the unusual seat lettering (A,C - D,E,G,H - J,L). Rows 10 and 35 offer extra legroom all the way across, while in row 21, seats A,C,J and L are excellent. Note also the missing seat in the middle of row 46, which will give more elbow room."

Perhaps an exit row 22 for you and DE or GH for your accompanying family, or 10 for you and 11 for la Señora and a bassinett?

¡Buen viaje!

I had interpreted it as a description, especially since the original post said it was A high tech hotel, not THE high tech hotel. Now I can see that it is a chain, with multiple locations, explaining the use of the indefinite article.
