I've long been convinced AP website is intentionally garbage to force those of us who know what we want to have to call into the AP centre and pay the fees.
I have a simple flight to Thailand I'd like to redeem points for. I'd like to route through YUL but, of course, the AP site has me on AC metal over the Atlantic and I'm not on for that.

With only 3 Flight queries on the multi-city, I cannot build the flights online and am now on hold.
