I had 8 or 9 more.com purchases which never posted. After waiting quite a while, I sent maybe 3 series of emails over about a month, but finally got all the points I was supposed to, and actually an extra 500. (They must've gotten confused with all the emails I'd sent them. ) I certainly wasn't about to complain about the extra points!
