An interesting aspect of FT is that when someone says a SQ stewardess is a "honey" or a UA FA is "matronly" they're invariably accused of sexism, whereas gay travellers commenting on e.g. a cute korean boy at check-in passes without comment.

I think both responses are symptomatic of society's and some FTers' obsession with PC. IMO, whatever your sexual preference, dealing with staff that are attractive to you and well presented enhances the flying experience, and references to them are perfectly acceptable for inclusion in a trip report.
