It is in the best interest of passengers and the authorities to follow procedures and certainly in the best interest of the passengers to cooperate.
Yeah, right-when TSO's make up rules and threaten pax with D-Y-W-T-F-T (and speaking of D-Y-W-T-F-T, "and certainly in the best interest of the passengers to cooperate" sure makes it sound like that's what the author is saying/implying)
