Not really. I did meet a very nice Jamaican Doctor and his wife from Kingston at the returning guests dinner on the Wednesday night but other guests were mainly Americans. I would say about half of the 80 rooms were full.

I could be wrong but I believe the 6th of August was Independence Day?
