Then this is the Peninsula deal that had previously been discussed then, nothing new.
I am acquainted with the GM of this hotel and he must have personally approved this deal only because of the restriction (and the lack of details in English is not accidental). It's pretty indicative of the sad economic state in Japan just now with, in the Pen's case, the lack of Chinese tourists added in as an extra problem.
