How long for BA to issue the reward ticket on Cathay Pacific
Hi,
I booked a business reward ticket using BA miles for my Mom from PVG-JFK. It is operated by Cathay Pacific. The ticket is booked using my Mom's BA account. I am the household of the account.
When I tried to manage my booking in Cathay Pacific website, I do see the reservation details but it gives a warning:
Our records indicate that you have not issued a ticket for this booking. Please contact Asia Miles Service Hotline to issue the ticket. Otherwise your booking will be invalid and will automatically be cancelled without further notice.
Then I check the reservation on BA.com and it looks like the ticket number is not available.
How long it takes for BA to issue the ticket? The trip starts next Tuesday and I am kind of worried by that time BA still hasn't issued the ticket.
