At 3.30pm on Tuesday, also arriving from MAD, the EEA/Swiss line didn't look great but actually took less than ten minutes. It's the the others I feel sorry for - my partner was in that line for about an hour. Having a residency card doesn't help at all.

You can tell a poor country as they welcome their own nationals less warmly than they do foreigners. When my partner and I arrive in Brazil, I usually get through immigration faster.
