Anybody who pays 625 Dkr (€84) for a family of five must be out his mind, especially given the poor catering. You can buy a lot of soda pops and pretzels for that amount of money!
It is probably not a rational decision, though. At this time of year a lot of frequent flyers are using miles to take their families on vacation, and many of them probably feel compelled to show off to the wife and kids how daddy normally travels in style on business.
