When I asked LHT in MUC as part of our JU 52 do last year about this, the head of line maintenance mentioned that the 2-3h C/Y swap is history as the IFE in coach means massive rewiring/replugging of the seats each time they swap, so it takes a bit longer.

Reality is that they have a few aircraft in a different layout that get switched in/around depending on the project load.
