Capital One has a 60 day limit. You have to specify the countries.

You can do it online if you want to avoid talking to a human being and you can add several countries (up to 5). You would just have to renew every 60 days. After logging in, click on "Customer Service" then "Set Travel Notification" under "Service Requests." Don't be fooled when the website says to call if you are traveling more than 60 days - all they will tell you is to call back after 60 days to put a new one on.
