Well, I'm having the problem again. And this time, it won't take any of three credit cards I've entered. I've tried my WN Visa and two Amex cards. It also won't take the "saved" card from the OP.

You know, it's just that I'd really like to get the benefits I was promised when I signed up for WN Visa (double RR points on Southwest purchases). I don't get those if I use some other random CC.

Hold times on I FLY SWA right now are upwards of 35 minutes. What a PITA!!

(Yes, I've double - and triple - checked the numbers, expiration dates and security codes. No, none of them has changed, expired or been maxed out. One of the Amexes is my "go to" card that I use for virtually everything, including a purchase at the grocery not a half hour ago. There's simply no reason for this, and I'm not looking forward to having to start all over with my search after the website times out since I can't get anybody on the phone.)

Here's the specific error message:

There is a problem with your form of payment. Please verify your payment information and try again. If you continue to receive this message, you may wish to try an alternate form of payment or you may contact a Southwest Airlines Customer Representative for assistance at 1-800-I-FLY-SWA (1-800-435-9792). I'd try Paypal, but I'm paying Early Bird fees on an award ticket and the option is grayed out.

Update: After sitting on hold for 25+ minutes - never did reach a CSR - I finally got it to go through. Wish I had some solution for others - I just kept re-typing in the same WN Visa info and hitting submit. I have no idea what is going on here.

And! I went to reserve a rental car and got this message:

We are currently unable to complete your request due to an undefined error. If this is the first time you have seen this message, please go back and try again. If you continue to have difficulties, please contact a Southwest Airlines Customer Representative for assistance at 1-800-I-FLY-SWA (1-800-435-9792).

Thanks. Thanks, Southwest, for the suggestion that I call your 800 number and sit on hold for another half hour.
