To add another data point, I called to cancel an award reservation at about 2pm this afternoon. Points are still not showing. Usually they are there upon relogging in. Hope it is a glitch and not new policy.
Call again. That's what I did recently and they redeposited right away. The first call elicited a case number. Then I called back and the points showed up within an hour or so. Good luck.
