It's simply the standard rate, and then there discounts only for Argentinians (and even deeper discounts for people in the state that the Iguaza Falls are in, Missiones, and no charge for people who live in the adjacent town), plus a lesser discount for people from three adjoining countries.
That makes much more sense than a higher rate for "Americans" which is what I took from post #175. I'm not especially concerned about it, but want to be prepared with the correct amount of cash so things go smoothly. Internationally people often assume I'm an American (due to similar accent), a conception I either correct to "Canadian, actually" or let slide. If it made a difference financially I'd be more likely to make a point of it...
A "Locals" discount makes much more sense than a different price by citizenship, which is why I was initially confused.
