Correct - using Airmiles rather than BAEC miles.
I booked an Airmiles flight in April flying BA, LHR>FCO fare class M/G .
I actually used a voucher obtained for signing up for a Lloyds duo card, so got free flights and I recieved 898 BA miles and 10 tier points each way.
I wondered if that was usual?
Clearly F class LHR>SYD could yield 21130 BAmiles and 330 tier points each way.
I'm just seeking to try to clarify if that would be the case.
It seems a perfectly reasonable question?
I fully understand, thanks to previous replies, that I would not get BA miles or tier points if I used BAEC miles to make the booking.
