AC probably have access to your Aeroplan account and have now built software to detect such activities.
It is also preferable to accrue your miles on ticket #3 on a different programme than AE.
Your account is now probably flagged for closer future scrutiny.
Buy all on AC.com and logging all miles in Aeroplan simply makes AC easier to spot you.
Strictly by the rules, I think AC is correct and is no different from the old days when AC/CP getting upset at people buying 2 roundtrips to circumvent the Saturday layover requirements. So people started to buy one pair on AC and the other pair on CP.
I don't think the Aeroplan account is relevant, nor is the need to book with OW. Just go for a non-codeshare *A flight. There's nothing in the (ethically objectionable) CoC that precludes this.
