Unfortunately, there are no Scotiabank ABM's located at YUL which would save me $5 with my Bank of America debit/ATM card. I am trying to determine the best ABM to use (proximity, lower fees) when arriving from USA in a few weeks. I know Bank of America charges the $5 and 1%. Is there a flat fee (like $2) that a RBC ABM for example would also charge me?

In general, do the ABM's at the airport have the same conversion as an ABM downtown?
