Stayed at a 4P in the US and was disappointed but the 4P Sukhumvit 15 exceeded my expectations both in terms of Product and service.
Great Staff and Great Rooms. Could easily pass for a 5 star in any other country

PA / LM and SGS are 5 * , St Regis 5+
ROS is 4+
and 4P comes 3+
Them also nearly never treat platinum customers.
Them even lying about suite availability.
I just stayed there again , check in claimed no suite free.
I said 5 minutes ago leaving PA I checked in internet and found 2 suites available. She called someone and replyed, this is a mistake in the system, them full, management will correct this. 2h later I checked again and suites still available on SPG.com.
1 month ago similar scenario, checkinn staff replyed, the floor them have a suite free is closed for energie saving

I asked her what happens if someone book the suite on SPG, she replyed , then them will open that floor.
Already stayed there aprox 10 times, and only got 1 time upgraded.
In LM I stayed aprox 20 times and was 100% upgraded ! In PA stayed aprox 40 times with a 80% upgrade rate.
The only way to get me into 4P is, rate is less than 2500 THB and PA/LM or SGS is more than 1500 THB mere expensive.
Also the ABF is not compareable with the other *wood hotels in BKK, choice is much more limited.
Not having a lounge, the food downstairs in happy h. is also more than poor.
Furniture remembers me on "IKEA"
