Using the YVR-FRA-YVR example.....What constitutes a violation of the minimum stay restriction?

(a) Depart the location back to the origin earlier (either on the same/different ticket)

(b) Depart the location to another place on the same continent as the origin? In this case lets say YYC, YYZ, EWR, IAH etc...

(c) Depart the location to another country within the same continent as the destination (VCE, ZRH, MUC, CDG, LHR, EDI)

(d) Depart the location to another part of the world like SIN, HKG, SYD, BNE, AKL.

If (b), (c) and (d) are also a violation then i can see many violating such rules!
