You can always ask, but I strongly doubt that you will succeed as you are departing on another airline. When you arrive from TG longhaul (which HKG-BKK is not) and transfer to another TG flight without F class, your F status kind of carry over to the next TG flight.
I understand that you are probably using some F award, but why don't you simply take a later flight from HKG in Biz? For a two-hour flight it does not make a great difference. Eight hours in BKK and before a long flight is no fun. The F TG lounge is nothing to rave about if you do not have spa access. And you will get it anyway as you fly LX F. The only advantage is getting the buggy when you arrive at BKK to take you to the lounge... The F lounge in BKK is just a section of the J lounge.
