It turns out that Tesco cancelled the order for plastic cutlery without telling us. They say they didn't have enough stock. OK, they have the right to cancel, though it would have been nice if they had let us know.

They claim to have tried to contact us twice by phone. They didn't succeed. No e-mail either. Technology, eh!

The latest gem is that they have combined my and Mrs Roger's Clubcard accounts once again. Oh dear.
