Hello,

I will be departing to Munich in September. Does anyone know if the Montreal - Munich Lufthansa route now has FlyNet available?

I have a contact who recently contacted the head of communications at Lufthansa North America, who told us this:

"Geographically, we have practically the entire North Atlantic covered. As per today, we have about 25 aircraft equipped, and they are not dedicated to specific routes. Aircraft types equipped right now are A330s, A340-300s and A340-600, all three of them operating in Canada. That being said, chances to catch a flight which offers Flynet grow every day, as our goal is to to have 60 aircraft equipped with Flynet by the end of this year."

So at the moment, since aircraft get switched from route to route as needed, I don't believe they can guarantee service, but as he says, the chances in the North Atlantic is pretty high.
