just checked in for what is probably my 10th stay here over the last 10-12 months....i have yet to get a single suite or itc one upgrade here....the itc one rooms are like junior suites & are part of the upgrade pool here....despite many being available to book online, i was given the usual 'sorry sir, we are all sold out' routine....everything else about this property is nice & i'll continue to stay here because the location is good & it's very close to my client's office, but i wish they get their upgrades in order....this property always spoils my 100% upgrade success rate in india....
