I mean it was a big pain before to go all the way down the elevator of one tower and then back up to the top of the Diamond Tower every time you wanted to drop into the RC.
It's not as much a pain, but still a pain because the RC is not in the lobby (on 2) it's on 3 right next to Shor and you'd still have to walk from the elevators of the Ewa Tower to the Diamond Head tower and then up a floor.
Also about the new GM. I have had no complaints about how past management treated their guests other than adding charges for liquor so I am not that excited about this move. In my expenience change is almost always bad.
Not necessarily. The staff seemed to think a local person would be better for the hotel.
