Just walked into T5 arrivals to find a HUGE queue for EU immigration - out the hall and back into the terminal.
Even the IRIS queue is back to the end of the tensator poles.

Interesting - I came through at about 4.30pm yesterday off my ATH flight and it was fairly empty at the EU line - 2 or 3 passengers at the desks - and IRIS had 2 waiting in line - I was through in less than a minute, so maybe just one of those things...
