Booking a Y-fare with SQ?

I am flying from SFO to SIN this summer, and found on ITA a fare that is marked as a Y-fare (fare basis: YKMP, a "Shoulder Season Midweek Special Excursion Fare" in the fare rules) for $1935. This is only $300 more than a discounted economy ticket that books into H and B. To my understanding, Y fares credit 150% EQMs to Continental OnePass, meaning an extra 8525 EQMs for the roundtrip at 3.5 cents per mile (and one less mileage run).

I have a few questions that I hope some FTers may be able to answer. Does YKMP really mean Booking Code Y? Before I pay the extra $300, I want to be absolutely certain that I will get my 50% bonus EQM.

Another problem is that I can't find a way to book it on SQ.com. The only options I get on their website is with lower fare classes. Any ideas on how I should book this (is there a phone booking fee?)?
