There is a thread on here about the facility.

Yes get one if you go through HKIA regularly (does not work with ferry or train unfortunately).

Apply online - they send a card. That gives you access to a dedicated quick line. First time you use the card go to the e-channel registration office immediately after immigration. They will take a photo and stick a bar code to your passport. You can now walk through the e-channel. You will be in and out of HKIA in minutes.

Macau is the worst immigration in this part of the world, especially at the Gonbei border. The immigration officers always seem to be busy chatting with each other rather doing their job.
