CO systems hosed?
Trying to buy airfare; website kicked out an error message. Called the elite desk, entered in my elite number and zip code, then was told in automated voice that there was a problem with CO's systems and my call could not be processed and was promptly disconnected.
Regardless of system problems, it is simply ridiculous that the "solution" is to hang up on me instead of sending me to a person.
Update: They've got me on hold now instead of disconnecting, but tickets still won't book out online.
