So I've had my Delta Gold Amex for just over a year and have flown with it domestically several times and taken advantage of the 1st bag free deal for myself and anyone else on my PNR.

I've not done any Int'l travel with DL since getting this card. I have a trip coming up to Europe. Generally you get one bag freebie into Europe, but I'll be taking 2 weeks worth of clothing for 2 PAX.

Does the freebie now kick in for the 2nd bag? Or is there no additional benefit for int'l travel? Promo says first bag free, and it is still indeed free.

Would appreciate some insight from the TATL regulars holding the DL GOLD AMEX. Would love to save a couple hundred on luggage fees so I can use my $200 AMEX PLAT benefit for liquor
