Okay... I've found it. Not attached in any way to my existing booking but I made a new one with exactly the same combination of flights and its shown me the T&Cs I remember seeing. Here they are in full (lousy formatting, poor spelling, and caps-lock are BA's, not mine):

CHARGES FOR CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS
• NOTE - NO PENALTIES UNLESS OTHERWSIE SPECIFIED. That's it. That's the whole thing. Now where in there does it say anything about which leg it applies to or that there are additional T&Cs for other parts of the ticket? Nowhere that I can see.

Now, here's the new T&Cs it sticks me with when I try to change the date:

etc, etc, etc... it goes on and on.

How is this remotely the same thing? I note also that it specifies the change fee is CAD$275 so why is it trying to bill me in US$?

I'm tempted to cancel the whole darn thing, except if these new T&C's are the same as the ones it won't show me for the non-MFU leg then I get no refund for that half of my journey!

This is utterly unacceptable.
